Working hours vary Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. You must be able to work within this time frame.

We are looking for several support staff within social psychiatry who can start immediately at 50-100%.

We work in our clients' homes and have agreements with the city of Stockholm, so the workplace varies in different municipal administrations belonging to the city of Stockholm. Support is an intervention according to the Social Services Act.

Job Responsibilities:

Working as a support staff means supporting, motivating, and assisting based on the individual's needs so that they can live as independently as possible. Support is provided in or outside the home depending on the approved interventions.

The tasks are varied, and as a support staff, you must be flexible and able to switch working methods throughout the day, depending on which client you meet.

Common tasks include providing support to clients during contacts with authorities and doctors, as well as assisting in everyday situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning and structuring, shopping and errands, technical matters, and financial tasks.

EDUCATION IS A REQUIREMENT! We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, have completed child and leisure education, health and care program, social work, or equivalent education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is not enough. You must have advanced skills in both spoken and written Swedish as we work a lot with authority contacts and collaboration with other actors.
