JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the position of specialist physician, common tasks at a health center include acute and planned patient visits. This can be combined with side assignments such as responsibility for special accommodations, home care, BVC, or supervision of training physicians.

Collaboration with municipal staff for assessment and treatment of patients receiving home care, both in ordinary housing and in special accommodations, is included in your job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare; you also have specialist training in general medicine, geriatrics, or internal medicine. Other specialist training may also be deemed relevant for the position by the employer. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1, according to the Council of Europe’s scale, are also a requirement.

As a person, you are attentive and empathetic with a fundamental security and the ability to work independently in your physician role. Nevertheless, your role as a team player is crucial so that we can together deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Your experiences and competencies are well-founded, but you have the desire and ability for curious exploration and learning. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
