As a Logistic Officer, you will be part of the SOS team (Special Order Service), a 24-hour emergency service handling express deliveries within the Integrated Network Europe area. You are crucial in ensuring fast and effective logistics solutions for customers in critical situations.

Your daily tasks:

• Coordinate express deliveries to distribution centers, marketing companies, and end customers
• Responsible for invoicing and export documentation
• Evaluate alternatives in case of material shortages
• Ensure that transports are timely and at the lowest cost
• Collaborate closely with warehouses and carriers to find the best solutions

• Education in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Experience in shipping or logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to handle conflicts and a strong customer focus

• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Flexible and calm under stressful situations
• A true team player who contributes to the team's success

Scope: Full-time 100%
