About the position As an accounting assistant at John Henric, you will be part of the company's finance department and work with a wide range of tasks together with 3 unpretentious, driven, and engaged colleagues. The role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career in finance and want to learn, develop, and deepen your knowledge in ongoing financial work. The tasks will include: • Accounts payable and receivable

• Scanning and incoming registration

• Incoming and outgoing payments

• Reconciliations

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Other administrative tasks within the finance department. Profile To succeed in the role of accounting assistant, we see that you are at the start of your professional career and have a post-secondary education in finance. You have good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with the business system Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We would like you to have a general interest in IT systems. As a person, you are responsible, quick to learn, curious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a fast-changing environment and have the ability to combine your accuracy with efficiency in your performance. Other information The position is a temporary full-time position with opportunities for continued employment. Desired start is as soon as possible. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
