At the traffic administration, you will work with strong brands such as SL, Waxholmsbolaget, Färdtjänst in Region Stockholm, and the Tram Museum.

About the role

In your role as Project Manager Communication, you will drive development projects to improve the experience for our travelers through better communication and design. You will work closely with a wonderful team, from creative design and branding teams to sales experts, commercial revenue strategists, business managers for traffic information, and marketing and information managers from traffic operators. Together, we create an unbeatable experience for our travelers!

Some examples of tasks:

• be responsible for identifying and implementing projects that raise the standard of traveler information
• develop decision support, goals, timelines, budgets, and follow-up
• ensure that our travelers receive a clear and inspiring picture of public transport
• ensure dependencies and deliveries from many involved and have the ability to identify risks that may affect delivery capacity.

To enjoy coming up with solutions when obstacles arise so that we can help each other find ways forward. You have the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, and create an overview to ensure that projects run smoothly without anything falling through the cracks. We appreciate if you enjoy coming up with ideas for improvements and want to take responsibility for implementing them. You are good at expressing clear expectations and collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals. If you believe in the strength of teamwork and that everyone contributes to the result, you are a perfect match for us!

Requirements:

• Education as a Production Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent from an advertising and marketing school, or another relevant education in the field
• Work experience in project management at an advertising agency or similar
• Work experience leading graphic design projects
• Good knowledge of expressing yourself in Swedish in speech and writing.
