Björka Bromma and Björka Hässelby are two halfway houses where clients come from prison to serve the last part of a longer sentence. To be granted placement in a halfway house, the client must have work, studies, or an internship.

One of our tasks is to conduct site checks once a month to ensure that the client is at their workplace. This is usually done by going to the workplace, calling the client, and asking them to come out. Once we have confirmed that the client is present, you document the visit in our journal system. After that, the task is complete.

Björka Bromma has 32 clients and Björka Hässelby has 86 clients. We are now looking for two part-time employees to carry out these checks.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and ability to handle confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and discreetly
• Access to a personal car
• No criminal record
• At least three years of relevant work experience

How the job works:

You will contact the coordinator at each residence at the beginning of the month and pick up a folder with the names, workplaces, and addresses of the clients to be checked. You have about 15 days to complete the checks and record the date and attendance. You will report back the checks to the coordinator at the residence.
