We are looking for a consultant for the role of Document and Project Coordinator for an exciting CCS project. An energy company has procured a supplier to build a complete carbon capture facility, including civil and construction works, commissioning, performance testing, and warranty period. The design and engineering phase of the project, known as FEED (Front End Engineering and Design), will begin in June 2025. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with the supplier of the carbon capture facility.

The Assignment

The project organization needs to be strengthened with a resource who can coordinate and structure the technical document deliveries between the supplier and the client organization. The consultant will work in both the supplier's and the client's project document systems to perform the tasks.

The role also includes project coordination by structuring, updating, and reporting the project's documentation regarding time, quality, and cost in the client's Antura system. The consultant will work closely with project members in both the client and supplier organizations.

You will work on the project with a varying workload that adapts to the different phases of the project – part-time during certain periods and full-time during others.

In addition to the main assignment, the role may also include other project-related tasks within the construction project, such as:

• Leading and conducting investigations
• Acting as a substitute for other project members as needed
• Contributing to training efforts
• Responsible for construction documentation
• Coordinating project activities
• Coordinating with the operations and maintenance organization

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination within the power or process industry.
• You need to have a broad competence in relevant areas.
• Experience working with CAD files.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Reference Assignments and References

You should have experience from at least one relevant reference assignment performed in the last five years. It is advantageous to be able to present up to three relevant reference assignments in similar areas.

Furthermore, you should provide two relevant references related to projects completed in the last five years.

For each reference assignment, the following information should be provided:

• Name of the assignment, type of assignment, and a brief description of the work effort.
• Assignment period (contract times).
• Contact details for the reference person: name, title, email address, and mobile number.

Desirable

• Experience using Antura as a project management system.

Start Date and Application:

Start: August 25, 2025

End: June 1, 2026

Scope: approximately 80% (around 1250 hours)

Extension Opportunities:

• Option for Phase 2 (Construction), approx. 2000 hours, until December 30, 2028
• Possibility to extend the assignment by up to 500 hours
• Gradual extensions of up to 36 months with corresponding hour increases

Hybrid work: to be agreed upon with the client
