Operations Support at KTH

The role of operations support is to assist the university's education and research. KTH's operations support is currently in an exciting phase where we are working together to develop our working methods. As an employee within operations support, you contribute to KTH's mission to research, educate, and create societal benefit while also having the opportunity for your own professional development.

Job Responsibilities

As one of two program administrators, you will be responsible for processing and recording student matters (e.g., credit transfers) and providing administrative support to program managers. Your work will also include preparing materials related to educational issues for the school's faculty board (e.g., educational plans), providing information and service to students and teachers, as well as other educational administrative tasks related to the SCI school’s programs. In your position, you are expected to develop routines and working methods to contribute to effective and purposeful operations support at KTH.

Qualifications

Requirements

Relevant academic education and experience working with administration/processing in a government agency or public sector. We expect you to have a good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Furthermore, we see that you have good competence in administrative support systems.

Personal Attributes

As a person, you are responsible and structured, and you work well both independently and in a group. The work is diverse, and you should be self-driven and able to switch between different tasks and working methods based on the needs of the operations.

Meritorious

Experience in processing within higher education as well as experience with LADOK and other administrative support systems such as W3D3 (recording system), KOPPS (Course and Program Planning System at KTH), and TimeEdit (scheduling system) is meritorious.
