About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at PreZero Recycling AB. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Job responsibilities

As a finance administrator at PreZero, you will ensure that customer agreements and pricing are correctly registered and correspond to what has been agreed upon. The information you handle may come from various sources, such as SAP or physical documents. The work is done to guarantee that invoicing occurs correctly and in accordance with applicable agreements.

You will review and follow up that information in the business system, SAP, agreements, and physical documents are consistent with the actual data. This includes proactive work to identify and address any discrepancies.

In addition, you will also handle various administrative tasks related to finance and contract management. This may involve documentation, contract follow-up, and simpler reporting. The role may also involve some travel in the southern region.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in finance-related work
  • Post-secondary education in finance is an advantage
  • Very good computer and system skills, experience with SAP is a plus
  • Class B driver's license
