Administrator/Assistant Nurse at Feelgood Företagshälsa in Uppsala

Feelgood Företagshälsa is now looking for an Administrator/Assistant Nurse for our unit in Uppsala. You will be part of a team consisting of company doctors, company nurses, psychologists, behavioral scientists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and delivery support.

As an Administrator/Assistant Nurse, you will have a central role in the unit. You will continuously handle external and internal incoming cases and inquiries from customer employees, customer companies, and other healthcare institutions. You will manage bookings/cancellations, mail handling, orders of sampling materials and other consumables, and assist with general service in the unit. As an assistant nurse, you will perform tasks such as venous and capillary sampling, EKG, drug tests urine/saliva, vision and hearing tests, spirometry, and more. You will be part of a team and closely collaborate with other administrators/assistant nurses working in the region. Working hours are scheduled during weekdays, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone with training as an assistant nurse with previous experience in administrative work and a strong interest in people in the workplace. We also see that you have a business-like and consultative approach, are service-oriented, and flexible. As the pace can be high at times, you need to work goal-oriented and structured. You are accustomed to working in various digital systems and can express yourself in English both verbally and in writing.

Scope: Permanent part-time employment 50%, we apply a 6-month probationary period.
