IT Technician at Qlosr

In Sweden, we have a total of 180 employees with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Skara. In Gothenburg, we have about 30 employees and our office is centrally located along the Mölndalsån river in Gårda, where about 20 people work, while others work in our warehouse located in Marieholm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As an IT technician, you will operate in the Trestad area (Trollhättan, Vänersborg, and Uddevalla) and support our customers on-site with a wide range of IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks may include support and troubleshooting within networks, servers, and IT security.

Examples of job tasks:

• Participate in and support customers' IT infrastructure projects
• Ensure that the IT environment is stable and secure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Implement and maintain network and server solutions
• Provide technical support and advice to customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience working with IT infrastructure
• Has good knowledge of networks, servers, and security
• Can work independently and in a team
• Has a strong service mindset and good communication skills
• Has a driver's license and the ability to travel within the Trestad area (Trollhättan, Uddevalla, and Vänersborg)

Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or self-learning.
