District Nurse/Nurse at Vårdcentralen Centrum in Alingsås

Vårdcentralen Centrum in Alingsås offers medical consultations, district nurse consultations, and various types of specialist clinics such as asthma/COPD, diabetes, and hypertension.

Within the organization, there is also a child health care center (BVC). We also work closely with Bräcke Rehabmottagning Alingsås, where we can offer physiotherapy and occupational therapy. We are now looking for a new district nurse/nurse for a permanent position who wants to work in a creative environment where you can inspire – and be inspired!

Your Role

With us, you will be part of a positive and forward-thinking team that is eager to challenge existing methods to continuously improve the quality of care we provide. The tasks consist of standard nursing duties at the health center, such as telephone triage, consultation work, vaccinations, etc. We also work with Bräcke digital contact, which is a digital chat function. You will help develop the organization into an attractive health center for both patients and staff.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a licensed district nurse or nurse, preferably with experience in primary care. You need to have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, as well as working on continuous improvements in both small and large matters. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, flexibility, and good collaboration skills. You should have relevant further education in open health and medical care, and we would like you to be interested in developing the consultation work at the health center.

Conditions

Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Full-time position (100%), but the extent can be discussed. The start date will be agreed upon together.
