We are looking for our next superstar for our fantastic Flagship Store on Korsgatan in Gothenburg! Are you a dedicated Licensed Optician and a great team player who is passionate about eye health and wants to develop in an innovative company that puts the customer first? Then you should read on!

When you step through the doors at Korsgatan, you are greeted by 5000 frames & sunglasses sparkling on the shelves. Brands like Cartier, Tom Ford, and Bottega Veneta mingle with bestsellers from Jämtö. If you can't find it here, it simply doesn't exist!

In the role of optician, you understand the importance of listening to and understanding all of the customer's needs to provide the best possible service in eye health. Your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level. At Synsam, our opticians are at the center and a key factor in our success. You will work alongside a fantastic team consisting of the Store Manager, Style and Customer Advisors, and other Optician colleagues. Together, you will inspire our customers to make satisfied purchases in a Flagship Store – Synsam's crown jewel in Gothenburg!

We are looking for you

• Who values personal customer meetings to create long-term customer relationships.
• Who is attentive to the customer's needs and has a pronounced quality awareness.
• Who has the ability to communicate with the customer in a pedagogical way.
• Who is responsible and solution-oriented.
• Who has optician certification with or without a DO/Master's degree.
