About Us

Närhälsan Solgärde Health Center is a well-established clinic with approximately 9,000 registered patients.

We have a stable staffing and our team includes medical secretaries, administrative staff, nursing assistants, registered nurses, doctors, district nurses, psychologists, CBT therapists step 1, and care coordinators/rehabilitation coordinators. At the health center, we offer doctor and nurse consultations as well as specialist nurse consultations for diabetes, hypertension, and asthma/COPD. We provide both scheduled and urgent appointment times for all professional categories. About the Job

Your tasks at the health center span a broad field and cover the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You will work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

The position involves standard duties for a nurse in primary care, including telephone advice, clinic work, and home visits.

You will also take extra responsibility for our patients' individual collaboration during the local admission and discharge process according to regional guidelines for discharge from inpatient health care. You will work in the regional IT service SAMSA and conduct digital meetings from the Health Center.

A close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you will be responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Training future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, therefore mentoring students is also included as part of your role at the health center.

About You

You are a licensed nurse and have previous experience working as a nurse at a health center. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.

In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that it is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Travel in the job may occur, a B driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
