The Health and Care Administration, with its approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in the city of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute within the Health and Care Administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variation at one of our units. As a substitute this summer, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period.

The work involves you providing support, service, care, and assistance together with other staff. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve assisting in daily life and various social activities. The work requires good interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a summer substitute with us, you need:

• A valid criminal record check
• To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• To be at least 18 years old

It is meritorious if you have studied the Health and Care program or another education that is considered equivalent. Experience from care and support work is also meritorious. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license. Note that education, experience, and a driver's license are requirements in some operations.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to others to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your own and shared tasks with the best interests of the users in focus.
