Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan is looking for a business developer focused on people with disabilities!

Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan (SV) is now seeking a driven and committed business developer who wants to make a difference and develop SV's folk education activities within the West department. The focus is on activities in the social sector, with and for people with disabilities. Senior participants are also among the target groups. The position is a permanent employment of 100%. Start date as soon as agreed. The current employee will begin as a project manager within SV.

We have important tasks

Our tasks are to provide people with knowledge.

SV works with study and cultural activities for the elderly and for people with disabilities, as well as their relatives and staff groups.

Even though the office is in Uddevalla, there are tasks across all 19 municipalities in our department. We have a rights team that collaborates across all municipalities.

We cooperate with many different associations within disability rights.

Responsibilities in brief

• Develop and follow up on operational plans, budgets, and goals.
• Plan, organize, and drive work according to established plans.
• Be responsible for finance, administration, and quality assurance.
• Build relationships and promote folk education.
• Support, recruit, and develop leaders.

Educational requirements and experience

At SV, practical experience and competence are valued alongside formal education.

We place great importance on personal suitability. We want you to have good organizational skills and experience in similar tasks. You are cost-conscious and have good computer skills. Experience with so-called adapted communication is an advantage.

A large network and experience in non-profit organizations, especially within the focus area, or work with target groups in the public sector, is an advantage.

We pay you a fair salary for a full-time position with a fun job.

The position is a permanent employment of 100% and also includes some work on weekends and evenings. Goal-oriented working hours. A probationary period applies.

The position entails great freedom under responsibility.
