About Us

Närhälsan Tranemo rehabilitation clinic is a well-functioning clinic where you will become part of a competent team of four physiotherapists and two occupational therapists. Together, we work to help our patients lead a more active and mobile life.

The operations are run under the Vårdval rehab model, and our work is conducted in the spirit of Närhälsan, which emphasizes care, reliability, and innovation. About the Job

Your responsibilities include assessment, treatment, training, and assistive device evaluation. You will work with patients of all ages who have issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, which provides you with excellent opportunities to develop in your profession. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created. The work is primarily at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Patient treatment is conducted both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. We have a close collaboration with Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinics in Skene and Svenljunga. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and can plan their work efficiently. You can manage an uneven workload and unforeseen events. Since you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are approachable and can adapt your communication to the situation. For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who will call candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
