We are looking for a Senior IT Business Specialist or Analyst. Are you available in August and can you work in Jonsered? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

Tasks

• Drive initial assessments and actively contribute to IT projects and change initiatives by capturing and documenting key business goals, user needs, system workflows, and operational procedures.
• Apply analytical methods to interpret data effectively, using visual tools such as models, diagrams, and charts to present insights in a clear and accessible way.
• Assess and compare potential solutions, evaluating their practicality, costs, and benefits, and provide well-founded recommendations to align with business goals within your scope.
• Assist in developing business cases to support decisions related to IT investment opportunities.
• Take part in rolling out the chosen solution, engaging in activities like solution development, testing, and go-live implementation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as an IT Business Specialist or Analyst, with proven project management skills
• Strong background and in-depth knowledge of supply chain, finance, and industrial operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including their workflows and data structures
• Demonstrated ability in analysis and problem-solving
• Fluent in both English and Swedish, with excellent communication abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Possesses a broad understanding of technical concepts and systems
