At Lärarpoolen, we specialize in recruitment and staffing of substitutes for educational institutions from preschool to high school. We are currently looking for substitutes in Stockholm. As a substitute with us, you will enjoy a flexible and fun job where you will meet many new people.

The number of work shifts may vary depending on the schools' needs, with fewer shifts during school holidays. This is a perfect position to combine with self-employment, another job at 50%, or studies.

We are looking for substitutes who can work and reach all parts of Stockholm City within an hour.

The areas listed below are included in Stockholm City:

• Bromma
• Enskede
• Årsta
• Farsta
• Hägersten
• Älvsjö
• Hässelby
• Vällingby
• Järva
• Inner City
• Kungsholmen
• Södermalm
• Skarpnäck
• Skärholmen

Job Responsibilities:

• Support regular staff in the classroom during lessons
• Conduct activities with children such as outings and themed activities
• Supervise outdoor breaks
• Assist during meals such as lunch and snacks.

We also offer shifts in other areas of the educational world. Just apply for an ad, and we will discuss which roles/subjects/grades you are interested in during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• You should have a desire to work in schools and with children/youth.
• Valid and approved extract from the criminal record register
• Over 18 years old
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• We are looking for someone who is flexible, curious, and adaptable

It is a plus if you have ongoing education or are trained to work with children/youth.

Working with Us

We offer a flexible workplace where we at Lärarpoolen are always available for you as a substitute. You will receive shifts on short notice, often the same morning. With us, you work securely with both insurance and collective agreements.

As a substitute, you are expected to be available for work at least 2 days a week, but you choose which days and times you are available. You can easily manage this via our app, where you can mark yourself as unavailable, take shifts, and report your hours.
