We are now looking for a Service Desk Agent on behalf of our client for an assignment in Gothenburg. Your primary task in the client's Service Desk will be to deliver world-class service regarding support and troubleshooting of technical issues. Furthermore, you will support and assist users with troubleshooting software and hardware, primarily via phone and TeamViewer, but also on-site at their Visitor Center. We see that you have good experience working with ticketing systems, support for Office applications (O365), Windows 7/10, Outlook, network-related issues, TCP/IP, as well as administering permissions and rights in Active Directory. As a person, we are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, enjoys working in a team environment, and likes troubleshooting. Furthermore, it is important that you genuinely want to work in a Service Desk. For example, your tasks will include:

  • Troubleshooting and installation, primarily in a Windows environment
  • Troubleshooting both hardware and software
  • Receiving and registering tickets in the company's ticketing system

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk or at least 1 year of experience and some type of IT education
  • Good computer skills and a strong interest in IT
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

  • PowerShell (scripts)
  • An interest in Problem Management
  • Knowledge of IP telephony (Cisco)
