Job Responsibilities

As a collaboration coordinator, you are a central figure in supporting parents in their contact with authorities and external actors. You help families understand what support they are entitled to, guide them in establishing important contacts, and accompany them to meetings when needed. An important part of the job involves coordinating and leading collaboration meetings, such as SIP meetings and network meetings, to ensure cohesive support around each family. You stay updated on current laws and resources within social work and disseminate this knowledge to your colleagues to optimize our collective work.

The position is new full-time for a year and involves both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will play an active role in developing and strengthening collaboration between Enebacken and external actors, which means you work both at the individual level and the organizational level to create effective collaboration routines and processes.

In the role of collaboration coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally and contribute to creating real change for the families we work with. In this role, you have significant autonomy to structure and develop the work based on the needs of the families. This is a position for you who want to make a long-term difference and be a key person in improving families' living situations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong interest in collaboration and supportive work. You have a university degree in behavioral science or another relevant education that we assess as equivalent. Previous experience in social work and collaboration, as well as a good ability to create trusting and long-term relationships with people in vulnerable life situations.

We would like you to have experience working with families with complex psychosocial issues and a strong interest in working with families' long-term needs. It is also advantageous if you have language skills beyond Swedish and English. Since you will have significant responsibility and an independent role, it is important that you are structured, have good planning skills, and can communicate clearly with both parents and external actors.

About the Workplace

Enebacken is a child and family institution that receives families with children and young people aged 0-12 years, and 0-18 years for Enebacken at home, for planned investigations, treatment, or emergency placements. Our team consists of social workers, social pedagogues, cleaners, caretakers, assistants, collaboration coordinators, and psychologists. We work on behalf of and in close collaboration with social services.

Currently, three section managers, two coordinators, 24 treatment providers, and 27 investigators work at Enebacken. Soon we will expand the organization with another section manager, two coordinator positions, and a mobile treatment team with six employees.
