We are looking for an additional assistant for our client, a 35-year-old man living in Tågarp. Surrounding our client is a group of fantastic assistants and engaged relatives. We prefer male applicants as our client feels more secure with male assistants.

Our client lives alone in his apartment and loves to mow his lawn. He is quite strong and has a strong personality and will of his own. Therefore, it is important that you are quick, understanding, and have good physical fitness! You will be involved in all aspects of the client's daily life, from household chores, cooking, and activities. Our client enjoys being outdoors, swimming, amusement rides, and horses. He likes to go to a restaurant once a week.

The role and experience of the assistant
We are looking for someone who wants to work with individuals with disabilities. You should be direct in your communication, positive with your own drive, active, and creative. Resourceful yet reliable and responsible. There are great opportunities for an active day where your drive and creativity can make a difference in the client's daily life.

It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as communication is a significant part of your work. It is crucial that you have experience with autism and experience working with individuals with disabilities. There are pets in the home, so you cannot have any allergies to animals. The most important thing is your personality and your willingness to meet the client's needs.

More information will be provided during a potential interview. Training and orientation will take place at the workplace.

Desirable experiences

• Experience with autism.
• A driver's license and access to your own car are required, as there are no good public transport options to the client's home.
• Swedish in speech and writing.

Working hours/employment rate

• Hourly employment.
• Day, evening, and every other weekend.
