Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and technical Project Manager who, with their experience and drive, can lead projects to success. In this central role, you will have the opportunity not only to lead projects but also to strengthen relationships with our strategic customers and contribute to elevating our projects to new heights. You will be part of a dedicated team that together creates results and makes a difference every day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and continuous evaluation
• Ensure that project outcomes meet customer requirements and expectations
• Manage and follow up on project budgets and optimize resource usage
• Coordinate and maintain continuous dialogue with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize them
• Draft final reports with accompanying lessons learned and experiences
• Where applicable, have customer responsibility for strategic customers

This is a full-time position based at the headquarters in Kinna. Travel is required in the role, both within Sweden and internationally.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with a suitable technical education and/or equivalent experience. This educational background should provide a strong understanding of the technical and economic factors that influence project management. You have documented experience in project management within production or technology. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required to facilitate daily communication and collaboration with international partners.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications in project management
• Previous experience with automation solutions in transport systems or internal logistics.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
