About the role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a fantastic team of 30 colleagues who daily answer a large number of phone calls from Svea's customers, debtors, and authorities. You will have the phone as your primary working tool and handle many incoming calls of various kinds each day. You will, among other things, answer questions regarding collection, invoicing, and parking matters. Here you will work in a lively environment alongside colleagues who are quick to laugh, support, and encourage each other. Svea is located in bright and modern premises in the center of Åseda, close to public transport and a gym that you can visit during lunch or before/after work. Restaurants and shops are nearby.
The position is full-time, office hours, and on weekdays. For this role, it is necessary that you can participate in the training and onboarding in its entirety from the start of employment to become independent in your work role.
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the customer in focus and who has a genuine interest in service. It is important that you quickly understand the customer and that you have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus. In addition, we would like you to:
- Be motivated to make your own decisions, be meticulous, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong commitment, be open to change, and contribute with a positive attitude
- Have your own drive
- Have good computer skills and feel that you can learn new systems relatively quickly
- Be someone who wants to learn everything about financial solutions
- Be unpretentious and willing to roll up your sleeves when and where needed
- Actively work on developing your skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Take ownership and find it easy to collaborate with others
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many contacts, as you will daily answer and handle a large number of phone calls. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service, but other work experience and the right attitude are also good prerequisites for taking on this role.
