We are now looking for a night support worker to join our team at Trehörna 7. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is part-time at 68%. About Trehörna 7 Trehörna 7 is a group home for individuals with a decision on housing with special services in accordance with LSS. The facility has five places and is located in Urshult, about ten kilometers from Tingsryd. The facility is situated in a small community but still has proximity to nature.

About the role In the role of night support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, and communication. An important part of the job is to provide safety for the residents during the night and support them towards a favorable daily rhythm. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled at night on weekdays and weekends.

You will have a group manager nearby who works part of their time in the facility.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in healthcare or equivalent training. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
