We are currently looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients in Alvesta. The client is a man in his 30s who has a developmental disability and is autistic with epilepsy. 

He loves to swim, ride, and drive. In his daily life, he appreciates routines, closeness, and security. It is important that you create and convey a sense of calm in his daily life. You will work in the client's home with a fantastic indoor and outdoor environment and accompany him to daily activities during the day. Typical tasks include daily care, ADL, cooking, activities, and more. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, calm, and secure in their professional role and has a sense of responsibility. You should be able to express yourself easily in speech and writing as you will often represent the client. You should be attentive and caring.

Meritorious

- Driver's license

- Care education

- Experience in care and assistance

About the employment:

Employment type: Substitute as needed. 

Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts. 

Start date: Immediately or by agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
