Do you want to deliver top-class event and marketing services to a global client? We are looking for a team with expertise in project management, event production, and marketing communication – both digital and physical.

Our client needs access to a team that can deliver efficiently on demand within the following areas:

Project management & event coordination (virtual & F2F) Design & launch of websites Production of one-pagers and three-pagers Video production Logo and theme design Planning and execution of webinars & virtual events – including moderation Coordination of physical events – including attendance and moderation

The team must be able to act quickly (15 days lead time) Each part of the assignment (e.g., webinar, video production, logo design) is a separate delivery – this means that the client can order individual parts and you are expected to deliver these independently from the whole. Travel may occur, often in connection with events (in accordance with the client's travel and accommodation policy)

The assignment is compensated according to Time & Material, which means that you either:

• provide a comprehensive hourly rate, or

• specify a fixed price per delivery (e.g., for an individual webinar, a video, or a one-pager).

Assignment period: July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026 Location: 90% remote, some travel (global reach) Scope: 100% Base location: Västerås / hybrid Other: One person can submit an application for the entire team, see and respond to specific questions below.
