Your new role 

Do you want to contribute to a more sustainable everyday life? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented customer service representative for a larger company in the public transport sector, based in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be an important contact person for the company's corporate clients and ensure that they receive quick, clear, and professional service. You will handle incoming inquiries via both email and phone and work independently to resolve issues and questions. The role also includes several administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email - Administer and issue cards to corporate clients - Manage credits, invoicing, and returns - Work in multiple parallel IT systems - Ensure a high level of service for B2B customers

To be successful in this role, you need

• Experience in customer service, preferably within B2B
• Good computer skills and confidence in working in multiple parallel systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Able to handle both simpler and more complex customer inquiries
