Job Description


As a salesperson at Fiskbilen, you will be a key person in their operations and responsible for delivering high-quality fish and seafood products directly to customers. You will drive one of their freezer trucks in your own district and actively work with door-to-door sales to new, cold customers.


The role is about creating relationships and building trust; the idea is that you will later create your own customer portfolio with returning customers. You will have the freedom to plan your days independently and work Monday to Friday between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, as well as every other weekend. The job is both fun and profitable if you have the right attitude. No previous experience is required; we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Active door-to-door sales to new, cold customers in your district

  • Build long-term relationships and create trust with customers

  • Plan and structure your days independently

  • Drive and handle the freezer truck safely and efficiently

  • Present and sell Fiskbilen's high-quality fish and seafood products

  • Follow up on customer visits and work towards set sales targets

  • Long-term develop your own customer portfolio with returning customers

Your Profile

You are a relationship-building person who loves meeting new people and quickly makes them feel comfortable, a crucial trait when knocking on customers' doors. You see every meeting as an opportunity to build long-term relationships and create trust. At the same time, you have an inner drive, are disciplined, and fearless; you take initiative, work independently, and do not let challenges stop you. You thrive on setting goals and achieving results, and you combine high energy with a positive and professional demeanor.


Requirements

  • Class B driver's license, as you will be responsible for sales in your own district

  • Independent, confident, and fearless in your work

  • Strong inner motivation and discipline to achieve set goals

  • Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships, even with cold customers

  • Positive attitude and drive to work in a results-oriented team

  • Available for evening work Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and every other weekend


Meritorious

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales

  • Experience in customer contact and relationship-building work

  • Knowledge of fish and seafood products

  • Experience working with commission and results-based sales

  • Previous experience in fish sales or a similar industry

Start: By agreement


You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
