About the position

This is a consulting assignment that is a temporary position starting after the summer and extending until the end of March 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

As an order administrator, you have a coordinating role where you are responsible for tasks of varying complexity and scope. Your workday is varied as you work with the administrative tasks that are most prioritized at the moment. Your main responsibilities include placing orders based on different types of documentation and administering incoming cases.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience with administrative tasks and/or in service • Good system skills • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English To thrive in the role, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your approach. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, and you strive to deliver solutions. That said, you also have a developed problem-solving ability combined with a solution-focused attitude. Furthermore, you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can quickly change your perspective and approach.
