You should have: • at least eight years of experience in IT and data management, with documented experience in complex data platform projects.

• five years of experience in database administration, programming, and system development.

• five years of experience in implementing data architecture and handling complex issues.

• three years of experience in data modeling and database design.

• three years of experience in developing and managing ELT processes and data integration.

• three years of experience working with products to realize so-called lakehouse architecture. Experience using Microsoft-oriented products to support data integration and orchestration, data analysis and data storage, as well as visualization and reporting (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, and Microsoft PowerBI).

• at least two years of programming experience in languages such as Python, R, and SQL.

• at least two years of experience working with so-called big data technologies (frameworks, platforms, and tools, such as Apache Spark).

• solid knowledge of solution patterns for analytics platforms (e.g., Medallion architecture and Data Mesh).

• three years of experience in data storage, data quality, and data security.

• fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• experience with agile working methods.

Desirable skills: • experience working with Microsoft Fabric in the past year.

• a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, data engineering, or similar, as assessed equivalent by the employer.

• ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

• documented experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.

• leadership experience in data projects with a focus on change management and project governance.

• understanding of organizations' data strategies and business goals.
