We are now looking for someone who wants to be a close support to our production managers while also driving important areas such as training, work environment, and health.

Your mission – with the heart in the business

You will work operationally and closely with the production managers. This means that you will daily support, coach, and challenge – both in everyday HR work and in strategically important issues. The role is broad, varied, and very reality-based.

An important part of the role is also to coordinate and follow up on training initiatives in the organization – ensuring that the right competencies are in place both today and tomorrow.

• Be a professional support to managers in HR matters
• Coordinate and develop our training efforts
• Ensure that HR work complies with laws and internal guidelines
• Contribute to high employee engagement and a good work environment
• Coordinate health checks and rehabilitation efforts
• Prepare onboarding materials and support during onboarding
• Drive improvement work based on, for example, employee surveys

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in the heart of the business, where things happen. You are used to building relationships, creating trust, and gain energy from supporting others. You have a structured working method, enjoy making things happen, and are confident in the HR role.

You need to have:

• Experience in broad HR work, preferably in a production environment
• Familiarity with working closely with managers on operational issues
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written (Swedish & English)
• Experience in coordinating training or competency development is an advantage
• Experience with Workday is a plus
