We are looking for a diabetes nurse to join the team at Omtanken Åby health center

About the position

The position involves managing and developing the diabetes clinic at the health center in close collaboration with the rest of the team. We tailor care according to patient needs, which may include home visits, sample collection, and telephone counseling. You will become part of our diabetes team within the group.

You will also participate in the health center's other work, such as vaccinations and telephone counseling.

You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories at the health center. We strive to provide our patients with continuity, good accessibility, and security.

About you

• You are a licensed nurse or district nurse with further education in diabetes
• You enjoy working both independently and in a team
• You are comfortable with record-keeping
• You work proactively and want to contribute to improving our operations
• You feel secure and thrive in your professional role and contribute to a good work environment

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent position, 6-month probationary period

Start date: By agreement
