In collaboration with Dryboy, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for immediate start. About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Dryboy, your main responsibility will be to respond to incoming inquiries from potential and existing private customers. Communication primarily takes place via email and phone. Below are examples of tasks:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products and complaints
  • Help customers with order changes, updates, and payment issues
  • Analyze questions/problems and suggest and implement improvements in the customer experience
  • Keep yourself updated and knowledgeable about the product range to provide informed and useful answers
  • Collect and report customer feedback to the team to improve both service and products

As Dryboy is still in the early stages of establishment, you are expected to be very confident and comfortable in providing first-class service even when frameworks and guidelines may be lacking. At the same time, you are attentive and vigilant for opportunities for both improvement and efficiency. The role thus also offers good opportunities for development and room for greater responsibility over time.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has previous experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or a similar industry
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
  • Possesses good IT skills and is comfortable using customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar systems)

It is an advantage if you speak additional languages besides Swedish and English.

To fit the role of Customer Service Coordinator, you are expected to be empathetic, attentive, and solution-focused regarding customers' needs. You have the ability to quickly analyze problems, bottlenecks, and find solutions to them. Likewise, you are proactive in creating improvements and efficiencies based on risks and opportunities you discover in your work. We believe this requires a high level of personal maturity and that you are comfortable in an often unstructured environment. We also see that you thrive in a varied work environment where the role is broad and the workload is variable.

About the assignment

This is a direct recruitment with an initial probationary employment at Dryboy.

  • Scope: Full-time, office hours
  • Start: Immediate
  • Location: Gothenburg, Högsbo
