The position is a direct recruitment, so the employment will be directly with Syncify in Mölnlycke.

Responsibilities

Syncify has transformed the idea of corporate integrations into something simple, intuitive, and powerful. By creating smooth connections between business and service systems, Syncify helps its customers streamline their workflows, reduce manual tasks, and free up time for more value-creating activities. They offer a simple integration solution that automates workflows and promotes efficiency.

Your main responsibilities include the installation and configuration of integrations according to customer requirements and business processes. You will provide support to users by answering questions and advising on best practices, as well as training the customer's staff in the system. You will collaborate with customers to identify and document business needs and requirements, which may involve meetings and workshops with key users to create an understanding of the customer's processes and how the system can best support users.

Furthermore, you will develop customizations and integrations to meet specific business needs, including programming or configuring software, adding new features, and automating processes in close collaboration with the development team. You will also conduct system tests to ensure that configurations and customizations work as intended and meet customer requirements, as well as identify and resolve any errors or issues before the system goes live. Finally, you will manage projects related to integrations and customizations, including planning timelines, allocating resources, and communicating progress to all stakeholders.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in application management and experience in handling ERP systems, as well as a good understanding of financial processes and business logic. You should be able to work independently and take initiative, have strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, as well as good communication skills towards both team members and customers. Knowledge of workflow automation is a plus.

You should have:

Approximately 3 years of experience as an application consultant.
Previous experience and handling of ERP systems.
Previous experience with XML formats and API environments.
Good communication skills.

In addition, we would like you to have a background in or interest in financial matters.
