Attendo Flodinsgården is a pleasant nursing home and a small home care group located in a picturesque and quiet area of Blåsbo in central Västerås. The home care group only works in the five houses located on our property.

Job Description

We are now looking for nursing assistants with experience in elderly care. The positions vary between 60-100 percent and working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends. We are also looking for employees who are interested in working on an hourly basis as needed.

Attendo operates three businesses at Flodinsgården: a nursing home, home care, and a restaurant. Here, dedicated, competent, and service-oriented staff work in teams consisting of various competencies.

You need to have a passionate interest in working with the elderly. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as computer skills. The job requires a good ability to work independently, while you are also part of a team and contribute to the overall functioning.

We are looking for service-oriented, responsible employees who also contribute to a positive work environment. Teamwork is the foundation of our working method.

Experience in elderly care is an advantage. We place great emphasis on interaction, flexibility, and good collaboration skills.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in elderly care. Great emphasis is placed on interaction, communication, case management, and documentation in journal systems.

• Requirements are that you have nursing assistant education and a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer literacy
• Advantageous if you have previously worked in elderly care
