About the job:

You will work in the field, actively meeting individuals in their homes to understand their specific needs and expectations. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, which includes booking meetings, conducting customer visits, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and finalizing contracts. In addition to sales, you will also be responsible for the installation of alarms directly in the home. Your task is not just to sell products, but also to create safety and trust for each customer. By offering personal security advice and combining your expertise with our innovative technology, you help customers protect what matters most to them – their homes and families.

We are looking for someone who:

Thanks to our world-class introduction program, you do not need previous experience in sales or security. If you have the drive and willingness to learn, we provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. However, we believe that a key factor for success in this role is having a strong customer focus and being driven to work towards high goals. You value teamwork and understand the importance of working together. Our focus is always to improve from where we were yesterday – both individually and as a team. We are looking for someone who does not just settle for doing a good job, but always strives to go the extra mile for success.

In addition, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license (mandatory requirement)
• Can work Monday to Thursday 12-20:30 and Fridays 10-19
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing, additional languages are a plus
• Is free from remarks in the criminal record and with UC
