About the position

We are approaching another winter at Kläppen Ski Resort and are therefore looking for arena and event staff for our event department. The position as an arena and event host is part of the Sports Department, which also includes ski school and activities, children's concepts, and Kläppen hosts. Together, we are about 100 people in the Sports Department.

The goal of the department is to create a reputation for delivering top-class experiences to our guests. Guests should always encounter events and arenas of the highest quality. To succeed in our goal, we work with training and set individual goals and development plans.

The position is a seasonal employment starting by agreement.

Salary is according to agreement.

ResponsibilitiesAs an arena and event host, you will work with our arenas in the ski resort, such as the Self-timer track, SM in snowboarding and freeskiing, alpine competitions, Mazda event area, and Kläppen Race Arena. Your task is to set up and clean up the areas and take care of them during the day, ensuring they function properly and look nice. You will also work with events organized at Kläppen Ski Resort.

QualificationsTo succeed as an arena and event host, you must be social, flexible, and have good physical condition and strength. You should enjoy being outdoors in all kinds of weather, like to work physically, have great patience, and a burning interest in people.
