ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be part of our client's production team within High Voltage Products. Our client is a leading player in the development, manufacturing, and sales of high voltage products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Their manufacturing units include surge arresters, circuit breakers, capacitors, measuring transformers, and other related equipment. They also offer services that ensure the performance of the products and extend their lifespan.
In the role of Process Engineer, you will support production by developing and optimizing work instructions, improving processes, and contributing to safety work. You will work closely with production staff and project groups to ensure efficient and safe operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving improvement work and thrives in an environment with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client.

Other information
The position is located in Ludvika and requires on-site presence at least 3 days a week, with the possibility of more days if needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
- Support production by writing and updating work instructions and ensuring they are correct and current
- Conduct minor investigations to improve productivity in production
- Contribute to safety and work environment efforts by investigating and proposing measures to improve HSE work
- Participate in various projects, both investments and development projects within production
- Train production staff in new working methods and tools
- Be part of a calibration team and contribute to improving calibration processes
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has at least a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial economics, or another relevant technical field. Alternatively, a technical education with extensive relevant work experience
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have experience from the process industry.
