Ex-Change Parts AB is now looking for a combined role as a logistics developer and warehouse employee for our warehouse in Borlänge!

We are now seeking a new team member who wants to be part of our dedicated team in Borlänge.

About the Position

In this role, you will combine two important areas of responsibility:

Logistics Development/Logistics Project Manager (approx. 50%)

You will work strategically to analyze, develop, and optimize our logistics processes. With your experience & education in logistics, you will contribute to improving workflows and ensuring effective solutions that strengthen our operations. Tasks mainly involve the development and implementation of logistics processes, analysis of warehouse data for improvements, and ensuring that routines and processes comply with certification requirements. Collaboration with experienced colleagues is important to identify areas for development.

Warehouse Work (approx. 50%)

In the second part of the role, you will work practically in our helicopter spare parts warehouse. This includes classic warehouse tasks, as well as ensuring quality and order in our assortment. Tasks include receiving and registering goods, packing and unpacking, photographing and documenting products for our database, and operating forklifts and managing inventory.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in logistics or a related field.
• Good computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse work and/or logistics development is a plus.
• Forklift license (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal Qualities

You are structured and meticulous with a desire to develop. You have good collaboration skills and a humble attitude. You are curious and proactive. An interest in the aviation industry is a bonus!
