We are currently looking for a forward-thinking and ambitious energy engineer for our property/energy projects primarily in Borlänge, but there will also be day trips within Dalarna County, such as to Ludvika and Falun. The position is very varied, and you will work broadly with different assignments in existing larger and smaller property portfolios within industry and commercial properties, as well as create new business through advisory services, energy investigations, and surveys.

You will have the opportunity to work with

Your role as an energy engineer means that you have a broad competence in building technology, maintenance planning, maintenance inspection, and energy systems as the work meets a variety of different customer needs and requests.

As an energy engineer at Caverion, you will work with smaller and larger property/energy projects with project management responsibility. You will handle daily contact with customers and colleagues. You will participate as an expert in new sales and actively work and support the internal organization with expertise in the energy field.

The role offers great freedom under responsibility but also places high demands on results and satisfied customers for long-term relationships.

The role includes:

• Inventory, calculate, and compile energy measures in new and existing projects
• Compile reports
• Plan, drive, and organize energy projects
• Communicate, engage, and motivate employees and customers
• Take ownership of proposed measures within projects and follow up and optimize
• Communicate with technical specialists and commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers
• Further develop customer relationships and promote upselling

Your background

• Operational technician education or energy engineer education
• Certified Energy Specialist
• Documented experience from energy-related work in industrial properties
• Experience in project management within control and regulation, energy, and installation projects
• Experience in compiling calculations and quotes
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Driving license B
