Hitachi Energy Components is looking for a driven and goal-oriented production developer with a focus on digitalization and automation.

You will be part of the Winding Components team within Hitachi Energy in Ludvika.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the next step in digitalization and automation of our manufacturing process. You will implement, analyze, develop methods, and technology for the next step in smart manufacturing.
• Work on production efficiency and standardize production processes.
• Drive and lead the implementation of smart technology for quality assurance.
• Optimize products with the technology and R&D department for smarter manufacturing.
• Work closely with production management to develop and maintain our world-class production lines.
• Be the department contact both towards the rest of the organization and provide support for IT-related issues.

Your Background

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or have gained similar competence from previous experiences.
• Result-oriented and driven to develop the future of production.
• Proficient in spoken/written Swedish and English.
• Experience in areas such as production, digitalization, and automation is advantageous.
• Experience working with paced production lines and managing production systems for this is a plus.
