We are now looking for several new project managers to join our Team in Ludvika/Borlänge!

IKG is an engineering consulting company that works with product development companies in various industries. About the position:

We are now looking for several project managers for our client in Ludvika in several different technical areas. The client is a global leader in energy technology striving to create a sustainable energy future. Here you will have the opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues and participate in projects that truly make a difference for society.

Required skills and experience:

• Civil or Master of Science in Engineering or several years of work experience in a relevant field
• Experience in any of these technical areas: software, mechanics, electronics, electrical power, electrical/automation, or production technology
• Experience in creating and managing project plans and budgets
• Experience in various leadership roles, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Very good communication and collaboration skills
• Solution-oriented and skilled in prioritizing and delegating tasks
• Experience with various business systems for planning and administration

Preferred:

• Knowledge and experience in agile methods

• Enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to drive your work forward individually
• Organized and structured in your work
• Take responsibility for the success of the project and the team's work
• Enjoy spreading joy and positivity in the workplace
