Biltema currently has a total of 161 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 60 stores are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open about 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

About the Position

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are an important part of the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of various tasks, including stocking shelves, working at the cash register, and customer service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a dedicated service person and has the customer in focus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cash handling, and complaint management, is advantageous. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer someone with a strong interest in our product range and café operations.
