Personnel and Marketing Manager with Restaurant Focus

We are looking for a driven and engaged Personnel and Marketing Manager!

Do you want to take a leading role where you are responsible for both personnel and marketing, while also being a central part of the daily operations in a restaurant? Then we have the perfect position for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in daily restaurant operations (PRIO):

• Work closely with the team at the cash register, in service, or in the kitchen as needed.
• Ensure high quality of service and a fantastic experience for our guests every time.
• Make sure we maintain a high standard in both speed and guest interaction.
• Be a present leader who helps manage stressful periods and ensures that all employees have the right support to deliver at their best.

Responsible for personnel:

• Recruit, onboard, and coach the team.
• Ensure a positive work environment where employees thrive and develop.
• Be responsible for work schedules and lead daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality.

Drive marketing and content creation:

• Create engaging and creative content for social media (images, videos, and posts).
• Develop creative campaigns and strengthen the restaurant's brand.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain regulars through various marketing efforts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the restaurant or service industry, preferably in a leadership position.
• Has experience in personnel management and is a natural leader.
• Is creative and has an eye for marketing and social media.
• Is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Has a passion for creating a work environment where both guests and employees thrive.
