About the position:
You will work in the field, actively meeting individuals in their homes to understand their specific needs and expectations. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, which includes scheduling meetings, conducting customer visits, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and finalizing contracts. In addition to sales, you will also be responsible for the installation of alarms directly in the home. Your task is not just to sell products, but also to create security and trust for each customer. By offering personal security advice and combining your expertise with our innovative technology, you help customers protect what is most important to them – their homes and families.
We are looking for someone who:
Thanks to our world-class introduction program, you do not need prior experience in sales or security. If you have the drive and willingness to learn, we provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. However, we believe that a key factor for success in this role is having a strong customer focus and being driven to work towards high goals. You value teamwork and understand the importance of working together. Our focus is always to become better than we were yesterday – and that applies both at the individual level and as a team. We are looking for someone who is not satisfied with just doing a good job, but who always strives to go the extra mile to achieve success.
In addition, we are looking for someone who:
- Has a valid driver's license (mandatory requirement)
- Can work Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 20:30 and Fridays from 10:00 to 19:00
- Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
- Has no criminal record and is clear with UC
