In total, Biltema markets more than 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 161 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 60 stores are in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion phase, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

About the Position

As a Store Assistant at Biltema in Mora, you are an important part of the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of several different tasks and varies between picking products, cashier work, and customer service. If you enjoy a high work pace and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular meeting place for our customers.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to understand the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a dedicated service-oriented person with a focus on the customer. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and prefer to have order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you have experience in retail, especially in customer service, cashier work, and handling complaints. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a keen interest in our product range and areas or café operations.

Right Person in the Right Place

To help us plan for the summer, we ask that you specify in your cover letter which of the following areas interests you in addition to the tasks mentioned above as we are looking for:

• Store Assistant focusing on product picking/cashier work – must be able to work part-time from March to August. Here, being an early riser and ready for the delivery of Biltema's 19,000 different items is required. Previous experience in similar tasks and a forklift license are highly regarded.
• Store Assistant focusing on customer service – must be able to work part-time from March to August. Here, a passion for customer interactions and good service is essential. You are a problemsolver who sees the big picture and is not afraid to make decisions.
• Store Assistant focusing on the café - must be able to work part-time from March to August. Here, you need to be able to work at a fast pace while ensuring compliance with food hygiene requirements.
