You will be Bahnhof's contact with Finnish private customers when they order services or need help. It is a creative job with good opportunities for personal development. So, seize the opportunity to become Bahnhof's voice on the phone!

Who are you?

  • You are outgoing and social, and you are passionate about customer service.
  • You write and speak Finnish fluently.
  • You love when things happen.
  • You are a problemsolver who knows how to explain difficult things in a simple way.
  • You may have worked in customer service before?
  • You have at least a high school diploma.

What does the job involve?

As a customer service representative, you provide professional support to customers by handling orders, answering invoice questions, and offering technical assistance with broadband.

You work closely with lovely colleagues at our office in central Borlänge. During the first week, you will receive thorough training, and then your colleagues will help you in all parts of the work.

We make sure you know everything you need to know before you start taking calls. Of course, you will have access to our internal knowledge library where we have collected all our knowledge and solutions to our customers' questions for several years.

About the position

  • Trial employment for six (6) months, with the intention of transitioning to permanent employment thereafter.
  • Fixed salary and other benefits.
  • The work is carried out at Bahnhof's office in Borlänge.
