About the Role

As a pharmacist at the Falu Hospital Pharmacy, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

At the Falu Hospital Pharmacy, we work in a stable and cohesive team of 11 dedicated colleagues, of which 8 are pharmacists. We are a hospital pharmacy focusing on prescription services and a large dispensing pharmacy located right next to Falu Hospital. Here, we meet customers from specialist clinics daily, creating exciting and varied customer interactions where our pharmaceutical expertise truly shines.

We are part of a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Kråkan in Svärdsjö, which means there is an opportunity to support our colleagues there if needed. Apoteket Kråkan is a smaller pharmacy with two employees that complements our work in the best way. Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at the pharmacy, you can develop in roles such as medication responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager? We are looking for a pharmacist for both full-time and part-time positions.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Actively engage in your customer interactions to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us achieve success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your Competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You keep yourself updated on changes in the pharmaceutical and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
