Our pediatric dental care service is growing, and we are now looking for another dental nurse who wants to seize the opportunity to become part of our team at the Pedodontics Department in Falun. 

Specialist Dental Care Manhem is a county-wide service for specialist dental care in the fields of endodontics, periodontology, pedodontics, oral prosthetics, and orthodontics. In the same building, there is also a dental laboratory. The clinic employs over 50 people, including reception staff, dental nurses, orthodontic assistants, dental hygienists, assistant dentists, credentialing dentists, and specialist dentists. We receive referrals from general dental care and healthcare. In our departments, we work with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. We provide all forms of specialized dental care with a long-term perspective and a focus on the patient.

At Pedodontics, we regularly perform treatments under sedation and anesthesia. We have observing dental care staff from general dental care and students on internships with us regularly. We also organize courses and training days for, among others, general dental care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• You are an educated dental nurse with previous experience working with pediatric dentistry.

Meritorious with experience in:

• T4
• orientation visits
• prophylaxis treatments
• treatments under sedation and surgical draping

Personal qualities:

You are interested in developing in your professional role related to pediatric dentistry, both clinically and pedagogically, and you find it easy to work in a team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with other people and sees themselves as a team player. You communicate with both colleagues and patients in a responsive and smooth manner and consider care and service to be a natural part of your professional role. Furthermore, you are good at organizing and prioritizing work effectively. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
